We offer a personalised 1 on 1 service for each client & the highest levels of service from the start of a project to the final hand-over.

Kaleidoscope’s objective and intent has always to provide the client with as much information and confidence in the very full range of products and services we provide, whether it is the first time working together, or if they have been referred by previous satisfied clients.

Our services have evolved over the years to include an extensive range of curtains, all types of blinds, shutters, conservatory roof blinds, tracks and poles installed in both simple and complex locations and have built and developed strong relationships and can supply products from major companies and fabric houses including Luxaflex, Silent Gliss, Cameron Fuller, Bradley Collections, McKinney and Co.

We do not advertise commercially and our client base continues to expand through satisfied client recommendations.

Located in the centre of England, the Midlands, more that 75% of our clients based in London and the Home Counties. We have provided services across the whole of England and have proven success with supplying to clients outside of the UK, in France, Spain, Switzerland and Japan.

Our clients come to us solely on recommendation and over the years we have grown to provide project management services for small building projects, refurbishments and ‘refreshment’ of homes, offices offering guidance on decoration, presentation of internal areas, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms etc.

Exemplary Customer Service

We work tirelessly to maintain our consistently high levels of service, a service that was recognised by John Lewis (Brent Cross), who approached Kaleidoscope, with a personal site visit to our Northamptonshire purpose-built premises. They required assistance and guidance for the development of a Furnishing Advice Department. Over a 7-year period, the Department and their workforce realised great rewards and much renown for offering a high level of quality in their products and advice to their clients. Kaleidoscope became synonymous with John Lewis and led to a high level of recommendations and requests for Elaine’s expertise and professionalism.

John Lewis recognised the rewards gathered from Kaleidoscope products and service, developing similar Departments in other regional stores.
